This is our general 'Pop up' restaurant menu. Items may change on occasion and/or not always be available. Remember BBQ is a low and slow process and a lot of our items can sell out fast, the best way to guarantee you get what you want is to come early and often!Cornbread
Sometimes this cornbread is cheddar, sometimes it is jalapeno cheddar all depending on the chefs mood when making it that day. We start with a layer of chips, then add shredded cheese and another layer of chips, we then pile on our 14 hour smoked pulled pork, more shredded cheese, a zesty cheese sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, green onion and our house made spicy onions and top with our Sweet Heat BBQ sauce and cilantro lime crema.
