THE SKINNY
BigMac BBQ is your neighborhood smokehouse. Inspired from a trip to Texas where the BBQ stands are on the corner, in front yards and even in the gas stations, BigMac started to wonder why we couldn't have the same kind of BBQ here in the North.
Starting from humble beginnings the Q' served up here is the brainchild of BigMac himself. It all started with some sauce, a personal recipe, some ribs and a dream. Now offering the best in quality local meats as well as completely handmade products in the quest for the ultimate Bold Southern BBQ flavour. Get to Know Us
Here at BigMac BBQ it truly is about family. The kitchen team begins with Executive Chef/Owner Wayne and his Daughter Sous Chef Kat our grill man and son Colin. The team then expands out to our Front of House Manager Tena (aka Mom and all around saviour) who leads a team including our youngest son Aidan our two part time girls Hailey and Annie. We couldn't talk about this team without including an integral member and Jack of all trades Ryan who steps in wherever and whenever needed, this team is A+ and will show you what Bold Southern BBQ is all about. It's not just food to this team, its a passion!
