We have been offering full service catering since 2021.  We cater to you, which means that there are no set packages or prices as every event
is completely unique. We will sit down with you and together we will  create a mouth watering custom catering package that fits within your budget.  Whether you want an all in, no holds barred appetizer, main course plated, dessert and late night snack service for your wedding or a simple pick up package for a backyard party, we can design anything you need.

Weddings

Together we can create your dream wedding meal that fits your needs and your budget,  50 to 500 is no problem for our team of seasoned professionals to handle.  We have a vast array of appetizers, mains and desserts that we can discuss for your special day.  We do everything from buffet service, plated service and "platter" service.  Not into smoked meats?  No problem, we are full service which means it's not all smoked, we can tailor any menu to your needs.

Backyard Parties

Sure, we can do that, we have some minimum requirements in order to get our team on location but it will be worth it!  Want to have our massive 350 gallon smoker at your party and have us light it up along with our huge santa maria grill? No problem, it's all possible with our experienced team!

Pickups and Drop offs

A number of times throughout the year we have what we call Pickup Specials that are prepackaged meals for small to large groups that you can pick up from us.  We will also do custom dropoff orders if a full serviced catering package isn't what you are looking for.
